Estuary![]() The Estuary is just west of A1A, north of Central Beach and south of John's Island. The community has lakeside courtyard homes and canal front homes. The canals lead to the Indian River and the ocean with high fixed bridges. With 88 homes, the first homes were completed in 1998 with newer homes completed in 2006-2007.
Lakeside homes generally have over 2,500 sq ft of living area $700's to over $1 million. Canal front estate custom homes with direct ocean access have 3,000 sq ft to over 5,000 sq ft of living area and are richly appointed with custom cabinetry and imported woods. Castaway Cove-Ocean SideCastaway Cove Half of the communities are located between A1A and the ocean and have direct beach access. The other half are located on the river side of A1A.
